MAC Pressed Powder Review ๐๐ฝ Blogtober day 15 ๐
Hi Guys!
Hope you're all okay?
Me being the Mac lover I am.. I am very surprised it taking me this long to try Mac's pressed powder! For years I've been using the Rimmel Stay Matte pressed powder, and I'm going not going to lie but I loved it so much as I do like a matte finish to my face and I never really looked anywhere else๐
One of my friends who is also a make up lover like me suggested I tried the Mac one.. so I purchased one a couple of weeks ago and I have been using it this week so I can give a good review for you guys๐ฑ
Firstly I have very light skin so I didn't want to order offline so I went to my local Mac store and I was matched with NW10 which is very light but suits my skin tone perfectly! The NW has pink undertones which is great for my pale skin๐๐ผ
Mac say it is medium to heavy coverage.. which I agree with, It is great! It does come with a sponge and using this you do get a heavy coverage but I prefer to use one of my Real Techniques brushes for application. Its light enough that you can't feel you have it on but you still get the coverage which is great! ๐ธ
For a powder is expensive, for £22 it is classed as a high end product, I do think it is worth the money, I will 100% repurchase this item. Like all Mac packaging I think it is amazing, I love the black and sliver casing which the product it packaged in. I personally think the Mac packaging is amazing! Overall an amazing product! You can buy this product off the Mac website or in a Mac store; http://www.maccosmetics.co.uk/product/shaded/159/251/Products/Face/Powder/Studio-Fix-Powder-Plus-Foundation/index.tmpl ๐
Have you used Mac Products before?

I've never really used mac products, but always struggle to find a powder light enough for my skin as I am so pale, so I may have to give this one a go!
ReplyDeleteI love this post! I’ve been using the product for ages and have just been amazed by it. It was great to hear someone else’s take on it ❤️
ReplyDeleteMac is a fab brand and you always get your moneys worth there, I'm a big weary about paying that much for a pressed powder but I think I might give it a go sometime, it sounds good! x
